Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

1. Agreement

By using aimoneytools.pro (the "Site") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. The service

The Site provides free, browser-based calculators, planners and document generators for educational and informational purposes. Tools use published UK and US rules and standard methodologies, and we work to keep thresholds current, but we don't guarantee accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Not professional advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, investment, tax, legal, or immigration advice, and no professional-client relationship is created by using it. Generated documents (invoices, contracts, wills) are templates requiring your own review and, where appropriate, professional review before use. See the full Disclaimer.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to disrupt it, scraping it at abusive volume, reselling its output as a service without permission, or using it for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's design, text, code and branding are our property or licensed to us. You're welcome to use tool outputs for your personal and business purposes; you may not republish the Site's content wholesale without permission. Linking to any page is always welcome.

6. Third-party links and ads

The Site links to external resources (e.g. gov.uk, irs.gov, domain registrars) and may display third-party advertising. We're not responsible for external sites' content or practices.

7. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and will not be liable for any loss or damage — including financial loss — arising from use of, or reliance on, the Site or its outputs. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update the Site and these terms at any time; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
